Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the NextPitch Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

NextPitch ("we", "us", or "Company") reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active online presence (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcast, newsletter, or similar platform)
• Have a valid PayPal account or bank account to receive payouts
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a NextPitch employee
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies when promoting NextPitch

3. How the Program Works

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate code and a personal referral link. When a new user signs up at NextPitch using your link or enters your code at checkout, they are permanently associated with your affiliate account.

Commission is earned each time a referred user makes a payment on a Pro subscription. There is no fixed conversion window — as long as the referred user's account is linked to your code, their payments generate commission.

Your audience also receives an exclusive welcome bonus: +2 free pitch sessions and 1 month of Pro access at no cost, applied automatically at checkout using your affiliate code.

4. Commission Structure

You earn 25% of each payment made by a referred subscriber. For monthly subscribers, commission is earned on up to 12 consecutive payments per subscriber. For annual subscribers, commission is earned on the first payment only.

Monthly commissions are available immediately after the payment is confirmed. Annual commissions are held for 30 days before becoming available, to allow for the standard refund window. If a referred subscriber cancels, requests a refund, or triggers a chargeback, any associated commission may be reversed or withheld.

Commission rates and structures may be updated with 30 days' written notice to active affiliates.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed via PayPal or bank transfer on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. To request a payout, use the Request Payout button in your Partner Dashboard. Payouts are processed at the start of the month following your request. Earnings that do not meet the threshold will roll over to the following month.

You are responsible for providing accurate PayPal or bank account details. Any transfer fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. You are also solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

NextPitch reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Tracking & Reporting

Approved partners receive access to an in-app Partner Dashboard at nextpitchai.com/affiliate/dashboard. The dashboard shows your total sign-ups, active subscriber count, commission history (available and on-hold balances), and full payout history.

If you believe a referral was not properly attributed to your account, contact us within 30 days of the sign-up date at nextpitchai@gmail.com. We will investigate but cannot guarantee retroactive attribution.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

You may:

• Promote NextPitch honestly on your own channels using your unique link
• Create original content (videos, posts, newsletters) featuring NextPitch
• Share your personal experience using the product

You may not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about NextPitch
• Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link without prior written approval
• Refer yourself or create fake accounts to generate commission
• Spam, cold-email, or use unsolicited messages to distribute your link
• Offer cash-back, rebates, or other incentives not authorised by NextPitch
• Use the NextPitch name, logo, or trademarks in a way not expressly permitted by us

8. Term & Termination

Affiliate agreements are renewed on a year-by-year basis. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. NextPitch may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause reputational harm to the Company.

Upon termination, your affiliate link will be deactivated. Any earned commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold at the time of termination will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle. Commissions below the threshold at termination are forfeited.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
