Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the NextPitch Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

NextPitch ("we", "us", or "Company") reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active online presence (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcast, newsletter, or similar platform)
• Have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a NextPitch employee
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies when promoting NextPitch

3. How the Program Works

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate code and tracking link. When a new user signs up at NextPitch using your link or code, they are tagged as your referral for a period of 30 days from the date of sign-up.

A referral is considered a successful conversion when the referred user upgrades to a NextPitch Pro subscription within that 30-day window. Sign-ups that do not convert to a paid Pro plan within 30 days will not generate commission.

Your audience also receives an exclusive welcome bonus: +2 free pitch sessions and 1 month of Pro access at no cost, applied automatically at checkout using your KOL code.

4. Commission Structure

For each successful conversion, you earn a commission of 25% of the subscription revenue paid by the referred user, recurring for up to 12 months per subscriber, as long as that subscriber remains on an active paid plan.

Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount after any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks. If a referred subscriber cancels, downgrades, or requests a refund, any associated commission may be reversed or withheld.

Commission rates and structures may be updated with 30 days' written notice to active affiliates.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made via PayPal on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. Earnings that do not meet the threshold in a given month will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.

You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address and for any fees charged by PayPal to receive your payment. You are also solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

NextPitch reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Tracking & Reporting

Approved affiliates receive access to a personal dashboard powered by Lemon Squeezy, where you can monitor clicks, conversions, and accumulated earnings in real time. NextPitch is not responsible for technical issues with third-party tracking tools that may result in untracked referrals.

If you believe a conversion was not properly tracked, contact us within 14 days of the sign-up date. We will investigate but cannot guarantee retroactive attribution.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

You may:

• Promote NextPitch honestly on your own channels using your unique link
• Create original content (videos, posts, newsletters) featuring NextPitch
• Share your personal experience using the product

You may not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about NextPitch
• Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link without prior written approval
• Refer yourself or create fake accounts to generate commission
• Spam, cold-email, or use unsolicited messages to distribute your link
• Offer cash-back, rebates, or other incentives not authorised by NextPitch
• Use the NextPitch name, logo, or trademarks in a way not expressly permitted by us

8. Term & Termination

Affiliate agreements are renewed on a year-by-year basis. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. NextPitch may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause reputational harm to the Company.

Upon termination, your affiliate link will be deactivated. Any earned commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold at the time of termination will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle. Commissions below the threshold at termination are forfeited.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
